Why We Choose LOVE
Our Motivation
To thrive sustainably in life and work, people need spaces where they can be heard and access tools for personal growth. When we work with people to build tools they say they need for economic and personal growth, we all benefit from more . . .
Power to Decide
More people get to choose how to shape their own lives, both in and outside the home.
Economic Growth
Communities share in more diversity and equity of income, services, products, jobs and leadership opportunities.
Positive Role Models
Our next generations have a whole new pool of people to look up to and learn from.
Better Quality of Life
We address root issues posing barriers to better living, particularly with health, education and secure housing.
So we are dedicated to empowering young people worldwide to be self-sustainable. Take a moment meet some of them.
Our Mentees
Meet Maame Yaa
She operates her salon in front of a house construction site that she’s paid to watch. Our founder, Chalotte Mensah spent some time teaching Maame Yaa core hairstyling techniques and sharing business advice.

Our Inspiration
Meet Love
This beautiful lady is none other than, Love Naa Densua the late mother of our founder, Chalrotte Mensah.
She embodied a true can-do and entrepreneurial mindset, and had a true desire to improve the environments of those around her.
Like Love, many young entrepreneurs are ambitious and driven.
Their mentality is both a foundation and a driver in our efforts to support young entrepreneurs flourish self-sustainably across the globe, starting with Ghana.
When you think of our work, think of Love.
